Caleb Hubbartt leads the technical operations at AWF and is responsible for keeping us on the forefront of developing technology and custom integrations.
With over 20 years as a Certified Cisco Network Professional, Caleb brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. His vast experience covers everything from programming to data analysis to WiFi systems, to design of 911 operations centers. His work in mission critical environments, he developed a reputation early on for providing efficient solutions to monumental problems. There’s no problem that can’t be solved.
Hubb’s also an accomplished musician and artist in both the Austin, TX and St. Louis, MO areas, bringing a unique and creative perspective to our team. Merging creative arts and technology have been at the forefront of his life’s work. Videography, drone piloting, live streaming and music production are just a few areas of expertise.

Rob truly is the hub of our agency for alot of reasons. He’s the one that keeps us all on track, on time, and in budget on a day-to-day basis.
But wait, there’s more… Rob is also the architect of our custom project management system and campaign automation platform. To say he wears a lot of hats would be an understatement. But he loves this stuff. This is where he thrives. For the rest of the team, it’s often a love/hate relationship, but in the end, he drives us all to do our absolute best. For that we’re greatful… and our clients are too.
